For many job management systems, the pricing structure is based on the number of users. The ServiceM8 price plan however is dependent on the number of jobs your business does over a month.

Yet, the number of jobs completed is not the only factor to consider when you are thinking about which ServiceM8 price plan to choose.

What price plans are available from ServiceM8?

ServiceM8 is a job management system that is tailored for use by the trades and service industries. Including plumbers, electricians, joiners, landscape gardeners plus many more.

It is ideal for use by small to medium-sized businesses who complete jobs out in the field. There are 5 different price plans on offer: Lite, Starter, Growing, Premium and Premium Plus.

Number of Jobs

How many jobs does your business do over a monthly period? Whether it’s 50, 150 or 1500, ServiceM8 can have the perfect plan for you.

When you create a job on ServiceM8 you give it a number. This makes finding the job that you are referring to easy, but it also helps you to keep track of the number of jobs your business is doing over a period of time.

A job credit applies to the job number, no matter how many times you go back to the site. So even if you go back after initially completing the job, if the job number/credit stays the same, it will still only count as one job.

Please note, any job credits that aren’t used can not be carried over to the next month.

Included Add-Ons

The ServiceM8 system includes lots of add-ons to tailor your ServiceM8 account to your business.

However, some of these add-ons are only unlocked with higher price plans. Therefore, if your business requires more complex systems, then it would be worth seeking help from an accredited ServiceM8 partner, like Software Buddy to talk about your options.

All five of the price plans include the core ServiceM8 add-ons. Including online booking and job templates.

At the Growing level, you will unlock asset management, inbox conversion and forms. Forms are really useful for businesses where you want to fill in assessments for jobs or have a required task list. You can create your own forms, buy prepared forms directly from ServiceM8 or pay an accredited partner, like Software Buddy to create custom forms for your business.

Then, at the Premium and Premium Plus levels, you unlock margin billing as well as job costing, which helps you to calculate the profitability of the job at the quoting stage.
