Super helpful and VERY paitent! Lisa at Software buddy has helped transform our business through ServiceM8 training. After years of paper diaries we decided it was time to move to a more automated, paperless system and so chose ServiceM8. However, I very nearly gave up with it halfway through the free trial, after becoming stuck (and irritated) on how to do a couple of things. I found the number for Software Buddy and was relieved to speak to a human who gave immediate advice which answered my question within minutes! Upon Lisa’s advice I went back to basics, set up my ServiceM8 account from scratch but this time following a series of Software Buddy videos which talked me through the whole process, from first customer enquiry all the way through to invoicing and recording payment. I’m so glad I stuck with it as ServiceM8 is exactly what I was looking for and our engineers think it’s great too.
